Project Spotlight: A comprehensive interior home remodel on the Muirfield golf course built in 1984. The empty nest homeowners hired our Team to make updates to their contemporary floor plan to add more openness and flow to the kitchen and dining room as well as bring a newness and freshness to the home’s main living spaces and bathrooms.
The project scope included updating the entire interior with new paint and flooring, upgrading all the fixtures and finishes throughout plus changing the style of the railing on the first floor. Big changes included remodeling the following spaces for better function and flow – entry, kitchen, laundry, powder bathroom, dining, living, primary bath, and the walkout basement areas including a bathroom, family room, 2 offices, play therapy space, and kitchenette/bar.
