Kitchen Remodel with Expanded Footprint in Upper Arlington, OH

Project Spotlight: Existing kitchen with dated 1950’s floorplan was tight on workspace and storage at just 107sf. The new kitchen footprint was expanded by removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room. By reworking the entire layout of the kitchen the new floorplan features more functional workspace and more storage for our client.

BEFORE REMODEL – Existing layout of the kitchen lacked adequate workspace and storage for the client’s needs.

AFTER REMODEL – A wall was removed which opened up and expanded the footprint of the kitchen and allowed for the addition of a deep peninsula with custom storage for small appliances. Natural light floods the once dark closed-in space.
