Congrats to John for earning his NARI CRPM (Certified Remodeling Project Manager). He had to complete at least 16 hours of continuing education directly related to developing project management skills and knowledge and successfully complete a written examination that covers the six CRPM knowledge domains.
- project planning
- project cost management
- quality assurance
- risk management
John joined our Production team in 2016 in the Project Manager role. His 20+ years of residential remodeling industry experience served him well when taking the NARI exam. Although John has been a great asset on our Production Team he chose to make the move to our Development Team in the Project Developer role in April 2019. John’s responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, coordinating project details and requirements by overseeing the budgets and scopes of work for each of his projects.
