From the most tenured Team members to the newest, we work together to make your remodeling dreams a reality.
George Cleary, CR is the owner of The Cleary Company and his expertise is in business development and planning. George has been in construction and remodeling industry for 37 years. He established The Cleary Company in the basement of his home in 1994. His honesty, integrity, and ability to translate the customer’s vision into reality have helped make us what we are today.
George loves to camp, fish, listen to live music and have fun with his family!
Rob Lindeboom, CLC is, besides George, the most tenured member of our Team. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for onsite construction management, including scheduling, work oversite, and keeping the projects on time and on budget. With over 35 years in construction, over 23 of them with The Cleary Company, Rob is our go-to guy. He’s seen it all and George is convinced there isn’t a problem he can’t solve!
Rob can often be found playing golf, cheering on Michigan State, or watching his sons’ various sports games!
Laura Watson, ASID, UDCP has over 30 years of experience design, most of those have been in the remodeling industry. She’s been with us at The Cleary Company for almost 11 years. As Senior Designer and Design Manager, she works with the Project Developers and clients planning designs and selections. She brings our clients’ needs and wants together by creating vision and inspiration.
When not working you might find her hiking with friends and family in Hocking Hills, gardening, making bracelets or spending time with her husband, 5 children, and 2 dogs.
Luis Martinez, is filling a new position created on our Team of Residential Drafting Specialist. He works with the Project Developers and Designers to prepare plans and documents for construction. He was hired in December of 2018 and has 10+ years in construction, including many years working for his father’s framing business.
Luis is studying American Sign Language! He loves playing soccer, sand volleyball, as well as hiking and biking with his wife and 2 dogs.
Tina West, our Design Coordinator means Tina’s responsibilities involve working closely with the Project Developers and Designers to price out and order products for the projects, and receives all shipments to the office. She also coordinates training with our vendors and reps. Tina was hired in August of 2018 and has over 5 years of design and product experience.
Tina has traveled to many places in the world and her dream is to travel to Morocco. She loves to sew, bake and challenge herself with DIY home and beauty projects.
Andy Gay is a Carpenter on our Production Team and is responsible for onsite labor. He assists the Project Managers with daily onsite carpentry work and supervises the trades. He was hired in April of 2018 and has over 3 years of construction experience.
When not working, Andy can be found watching hockey or cooking meat in his giant smoker. Did you know Andy and George have been friends since 5th grade? Check out this photo of them as altar boys in middle school!
