Project Details Home #6 ~ Addition & Exterior Remodel
The project’s main addition expanded the footprint of the home’s family & dining rooms by 200sf which enhanced the spaces flow and livability. The project also added more windows to the space allowing more natural light and views of the immaculately landscaped yard. Exterior updates significantly enhanced the curb appeal of the home by installing architectural details like new front porch with metal roof, shutters, French doors along with a 3 covered porches.

NARI Tour of Remodeled Homes Details
Members of the local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) will showcase 19 recently remodeled homes throughout Central Ohio. You are invited to tour each of the homes and meet with the remodelers, talk with designers, see before photos and learn more about the process of remodeling a home. The tour will take place Saturday, August 24, 10am to 5pm and Sunday, August 25th, Noon to 5pm. Two-day tickets are $20 good for admission to all 19 homes and single site tickets are $5. After you’ve completed completed the tour, you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite project. Best in Show, First and Second runners-up will be determine by tour guests. Voters will be entered for a chance to win a prize valued at $225 or more!
